Welcome! I am glad you are here. My name is Caroline DeStefano, and I am a leadership development professional, ICF certified coach, and community educator based in San Diego.

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to help people. Over the years, through study, reflection, and career discovery, I came to understand that one of the most powerful ways to help people is by helping them help themselves.

We don’t always need someone to tell us what to do. Sometimes, we simply need space to unpack, explore, and unlock the potential that exists within us. I believe people are resourceful, capable, and whole.

Today, I have the joy of partnering with leaders and lifelong learners—just like you—to help focus on what matters most and move with intention toward your personal and professional goals.
